拟建立跨国婚姻关系的有关各方以电子书信和电子视频的方式加入我公司数据库，我公司为建立跨国婚姻关系提供数据库存储和数据库内检索服务。数据库带翻译。接受自称来自塔吉克斯坦、巴基斯坦、尼日利亚、坦桑尼亚等国家的女性单身和自称来自某某国家的男性单身加入数据库。

Parties intending to establish a cross-border transnational marriage relationship shall join our company's database by means of electronic documents and electronic video files. We provide database storage and database search services for the purpose of establishing cross-border transnational marriages, and the database is equipped with translation function.

Single ladies who claim to be from Tajikistan, Pakistan，Nigeria，Tanzania and other countries, as well as single gentlemen of any nationality, are welcome to use our database services.

经过一定时间数据库的数据存储和检索，双方同意建立跨国婚姻关系并同意告知彼此真实联系方式后，双方将载有彼此真实联系方式的电子书信存储在我公司另外单独的联系方式数据库，通过在数据库检索彼此获得对方真实联系方式后，双方脱离我公司的数据库开始独自联系。

After a certain period of data storage and retrieval in the database, once both parties have reached a consensus to establish the cross-border transnational marriage and agreed to disclose their genuine contact information to each other, both parties shall store electronic document containing each other’s genuine contact information in our company’s independent and separate contact information database. Upon having retrieved the genuine contact information from the database, both parties shall no longer use our company’s database and shall conduct their private contact on their own.

我公司就有关在建立跨国婚姻关系过程中可能涉及到的通用性和普遍性的有关事项提供咨询服务，不针对某一个特定的个体提供匹配服务。我公司提供的咨询是免费的和有限的，包括但不限于：如何制作电子书信，如何在建立跨国婚姻关系过程中判断风险；如何避免风险；如何避免经济损失和如何注意人身安全；如何通过通过法律途径确认对方的人身属性；如何办理建立跨国婚姻关系的法律手续；建立跨国婚姻关系过程中涉及到的国外结婚登记机构的联系方式，等等。

Our company provides consulting services concerning the general and common matters pertaining to everyone arising in the course of establishing a cross-border transnational marriage relationship. Such services do not include one-to-one matching for any specific individual.

The consulting services offered by our company are free of charge and limited in scope, including but not limited to: how to prepare the electronic document; how to identify and prevent risks in the process of establishing a cross-border marriage; how to avoid financial losses and protect personal safety; how to verify the personal indentity and status of the other party through legal channels; how to go through the legal formalities for concluding a cross-border marriage; access to contact information of overseas marriage registration authorities relevant to cross-border transnational marriage procedures.

收费政策：对男性单身收取数据库存储和数据库内检索服务费，其他服务不收费。女性单身加入数据库和在数据库内检索不收费。

Charging Provisions:
Only single male (man) members shall be charged fees for database storage and database search services, with no charges for other services.
Single female (woman) members enjoy free database storage and free database search services.

收费时间：男性单身在建立真实的国际婚姻关系后（完成结婚登记），国外媳妇通过大使馆签发的家庭团聚类签证来到单身男性国家并按男性单身国家的有关法律办理正规的居留手续后两个月内支付。

Payment Time:
The fees shall be paid within two months upon the following completion of all formalities:
The single male has completed official marriage registration for a genuine cross-border transnational marriage; his foreign spouse has entered his country holding a family reunion visa issued by the embassy, and has completed legal residence formalities in compliance with the local laws of the male’s country.
